Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy
All Yuvina Jewels products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. As each piece is handmade and unique, slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
✅ Returns & Exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received was damaged in transit, or
- The product received was incorrect.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with original packaging and barcode/tag intact.
🔄 Return/Exchange Process
1. Notify us (within 48 hours of delivery)
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Submit your request via our email id: care@yuvinajewels.com
2. Approval
Our Quality Control (QC) team will examine the request and decide whether the product qualifies for return/exchange.
3. Reverse Pick-Up
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
For exchanges due to size issues (rings/bangles), an additional ₹250 shipping charge will apply (pickup + delivery).
4. Dispatch/Replacement
After we receive the product and it passes QC inspection, we will dispatch a fresh product.
If the product is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 3 months.
❌ Returns / Refunds will NOT be accepted if:
- Package lost during return transit
- Package refused by recipient
- Product returned in used or damaged condition
- Size/fit issues (please refer to size guidelines before ordering)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
- Minor variations in design, finish, or color
- Barcode or original packaging missing or tampered
- More than 3 failed delivery attempts by courier
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost in transit by courier companies
- Any return not notified through the Return/Exchange process
