1. Offers and Acceptance

1.1 All offers provided by Yuvina Jewels are non-binding and may be withdrawn or modified at any time unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing by Yuvina Jewels.
1.2 Any written amendment made by Yuvina Jewels automatically constitutes a new offer, and the previous offer shall be considered revoked.
1.3 Any changes or amendments proposed by the Customer to an existing offer shall be considered a new offer from the Customer, which Yuvina Jewels may accept or reject at its sole discretion.
1.4 No offer or quotation will be deemed accepted unless Yuvina Jewels confirms the acceptance in writing.

2. Product Representation

2.1 The Customer acknowledges that any product samples, colours, drawings, models, figures, dimensions, weights, or specifications provided by Yuvina Jewels are approximate estimates and may vary slightly.
2.2 Yuvina Jewels will use best efforts to ensure accuracy; however, minor deviations, especially in colour tones or finishing, shall not be considered product defects.

3. Pricing and Modifications

3.1 Product pricing, features, models, or configurations are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Yuvina Jewels reserves the right to modify price lists, brochures, catalogs, quotations, website listings, and other documents at any time.
3.3 All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges, unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided by the Customer.
3.4 If new taxes or legal charges arise that increase cost to Yuvina Jewels, the company is entitled to increase prices accordingly and retroactively.
3.5 All prices are shown in INR (Indian Rupees), unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Separate Agreements

4.1 Each order placed with Yuvina Jewels constitutes a separate and independent agreement.
4.2 Failure of Yuvina Jewels to enforce any clause shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.
